Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 10~15 working days (Battery systems will be delivered within 25~30days )after receipt of payment and are shipped via DHL,UPS or EMS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by DHL,UPS or EMS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include fuel surcharges as well as postage costs. Whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
The freight for packing order is much lower than the freight calculated by single item.
The freight you see is the accumulative freight for the single item after your put these items into your cart. This freight is calculated according to the single freight of item. With DOOR TO DOOR transportation method DHL is the most efficient way in the world to deliver the goods li-ion battery included of course. You can receive the goods 3~5 working days after delivery. And ,We can get a more competitive price(30% off. Details please see shipping freight form) for you under our agreement with DHL. It is no need for you to declare to your Custom at the air port
At present, we get considerable freight discount only from DHL. It is 20~30% off. It depends on the region you located and the weight of the goods you ordered. So we recommend you DHL at present. But we will are also negotiating with other shipping forwarder say UPS, FedEx, and EMS.

Please contact us directly for shopping costs,when the weight of the goods you ordered is bigger than 100kg. And the shipping costs for 31kg goods is better than that of 20~30kg

The weight of goods ≤21kg ---- 5% off based on the cureent freight! It is 35~40% off in total!
The weight of goods >21kg ---- 10~15% off based on the current freight! It is 35~45% off in total!

UPS is also very popular for goods transportation all over the world. You can take it into consideration of course.But they have very strict provision for battery transportation. Transits time is also about 3~5 working days.Freight rates is almost the same as DHL

1, Warranty terms
A, Warranty for all of our ebike kits , parts, accessories is : 12 months after manufacture code.
And during this period ,after our confirmation, if it is indeed the design defect and quality problem of our products we will repair or replace a new one for free for you .
But B, if the problem or damage caused by the following cases is beyond the guarantee range.
1), Improper convert and ignoring or improper maintenance. Or used in racing, misuse or abuse or traffic accident.
2), Damage caused in the customers transportation.
3), Improper installing , unreasonable debugging or repairing.
4), Damage caused by the customers improper usage but not by the material or technique.
5), Product appearance or surface changed during using. but this changing is not yet impact the normal functions of the products.
6), Damage caused by repairing or installing ,which is not by the appointed maintenance point or dealer.
7). Normal damage of products.
8), Damage casued by force majeure say, natural disaster, fire and so on .
Repairing and or maintenance service to B or products exceed the period provided in A.
1, Buy a new one. Or,
2, We will charge some reasonable costs of parts and accessories , freight and labor costs.
